Setup fees on the AI Receptionist and AI Front Desk tiers cover the actual work (training the AI on your business, building call flows, connecting your calendar), so that part isn't refundable if you cancel, but the monthly service itself isn't locked in. Most clients start on Missed Call Text Back or AI Receptionist and upgrade once they see how many leads it's catching — there's no penalty for moving up a tier.
